- Our published Android apps
Our apps are built on work other people published, and several of those licences ask us to say so. This page names every third-party library that ships inside a Fly Infinity app, who wrote it, and the terms it is used under. Nothing here is a marketing list — it is the notice the licences require.
What this page covers
Every app of ours that is live on Google Play — all 5 of them — plus every library that ships inside one. That comes to 21 projects across 65 individual modules.
The list was produced from each app's own build configuration rather than written from memory. Libraries used only to build or test an app are excluded, because they are not inside the app you install; so are version-alignment artefacts, which contain no code. If an app is not listed against an entry, that entry is not in it.
Open source is not the same as free of terms
One distinction on this page is worth making plainly, because a lot of attribution pages blur it. Most of what follows is genuinely open source, published under a permissive licence by people who chose to give it away. Google's Play services libraries — advertising, ML Kit, billing, the consent prompt — are not. They are proprietary software used under Google's own terms, and they are listed in a section of their own rather than folded in among the rest. Calling them open source would be untrue.
Apache License 2.0
A permissive licence. It lets us include the library in a closed-source app, and asks in return that we keep the copyright notice and say what the licence is — which is what this page does.

The Android UI toolkit itself. Every app here is built on it, though which pieces each app uses differs.

MIT License
Permissive, and shorter than any other licence here. Its one condition is that the copyright notice travels with the software.

GPL v2 with the Classpath Exception
The licence OpenJDK uses. The Classpath Exception is the important part: it explicitly permits linking this library into an application without that application becoming subject to the GPL. So the app itself is unaffected, and the obligation is to name the library — here.
- Java 8+ API desugaring support (desugar_jdk_libs)
Copyright © Oracle and/or its affiliates, packaged by Google LLC
Backports modern Java date and time classes so they work on older versions of Android.

Google's own SDK terms
Not an open-source licence. These are Google's proprietary libraries, used under the terms Google sets for them, and those terms require that Google's legal notices be shown to users. They are listed separately for that reason — calling them "open source" would be untrue.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob)
Copyright © Google LLC
What it collects, and how to opt out of personalised ads, is set out in each app's privacy policy.

- Google User Messaging Platform
Copyright © Google LLC
This is the consent prompt itself — the thing that asks permission before any personalised advertising.

The Google sign-in itself. It is optional in the app, and there is a page explaining how to delete the account it creates.

Trademarks

If we have got something wrong
Attribution is not a formality — if your work is in one of our apps and this page names you incorrectly, credits the wrong holder, or has missed you entirely, tell us at fly.infinity.official@gmail.com and we will correct it. That is a faster route to a fix than a formal notice, and we would rather have it right.
