One address handles everything — fly.infinity.official@gmail.com. There is no contact form, no ticket queue and no chat widget: the email reaches the person who writes the apps. We aim to reply within 7 days.
Write to us about anything
fly.infinity.official@gmail.com is the only address, and it is the right one for every kind of message — a question about an app, a bug you have hit, a feature you want, a privacy or data request, a copyright or trademark concern, a correction to something we have published, or a project you would like built.
There is no form to fill in and no reference number to quote. One thing does help: say what you need in the first message rather than asking whether you may ask. If it concerns a particular app, naming it saves a round trip.
Some messages have a faster route
Not to avoid the email — these just answer immediately, without waiting for us:
- What an app collects
- Every app has a full privacy policy on this site, linked from its own page, naming each third-party library and what it can see. Here is one as an example.
- Deleting your Sproochentest account
- There is a page for it, with the steps and what is kept: how to delete your Sproochentest account. You do not need to email first.
- A library we should have credited
- Check the licences page first — it lists every third-party library in every published app. If your work is missing or miscredited, that is a correction we want, so write to us and we will fix it.
- What we do and how the apps are funded
- The about page covers it, including which apps carry ads, which sell a subscription, and which have nothing to sell.
Data and privacy requests
Send these to the same address, with “Data request” as the subject. Tell us which app it concerns and what you want — a copy, a correction, or deletion.
Worth knowing before you write: most of our apps collect nothing at all, so for those there is genuinely nothing for us to send, correct or erase — everything is already on your own device and under your control. We will say so rather than leaving you waiting. Where a request does carry a statutory deadline, that deadline applies rather than the 7-day target above, and the relevant app’s privacy policy states it.
Reporting something urgent
If you have found a security problem in one of the apps, please write before publishing it, and put “Security” in the subject line so it is not read as an ordinary bug report. We would rather hear about it early and fix it quietly than read about it at the same time as everyone else.
Elsewhere
These are the studio’s other public places. None of them is a support channel — a message sent to the email above will be seen sooner than one sent to any of them.
Who you are writing to
Fly Infinity — the developer name on our Google Play listings and the party named in every one of our app privacy policies. It is a small independent studio, not a company with a support department, which is why there is one address and a 7-day target rather than a promise of same-day service.
