Delete it in the app

The fastest way, and it happens immediately.

  1. Sign in, if you are not already.
  2. Open Account, and scroll to the bottom — “Delete my account” sits below Sign out.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

This removes your profile, your progress and the copies held on the phone. It does not cancel a subscription — that is billed by Google Play and has to be cancelled there, which is covered below.

Or send one email

For anyone who cannot sign in, or would rather ask us to do it.

There is no form to fill in. Email us from the address you sign in with and we will do the rest.

Delete My Account
Open your email app, ready to send

The button fills in the address and the subject for you. If it does not open, send the email by hand using the two lines above.

What the email needs to say

  1. Send an email to fly.infinity.official@gmail.com.
  2. Use the exact subject line "Delete My Account" so the request is not missed.
  3. Send it from the same email address you use to sign in to the app, so we can confirm the request is really yours.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed within 30 days of your request:

  • Your user profile and saved preferences
  • Your study progress and practice streak
  • Your subscription status identifiers

What we have to keep

We would rather tell you this up front than let you assume everything disappears.

  • Records of subscription payments — Tax and accounting law requires records of financial transactions to be kept. These are no longer linked to an active profile once your account is deleted.

Cancelling a subscription is separate

Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Cancel that from the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. People conflate the two, and the charge arrives anyway.
