What you need to do

  1. Send an email to fly.infinity.official@gmail.com.
  2. Use the exact subject line "Delete My Account" so the request is not missed.
  3. Send it from the same email address you use to sign in to the app, so we can confirm the request is really yours.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed within 30 days of your request:

  • Your user profile and saved preferences
  • Your study progress and practice streak
  • Your subscription status identifiers

What we have to keep

We would rather tell you this up front than let you assume everything disappears.

  • Records of subscription payments — Tax and accounting law requires records of financial transactions to be kept. These are no longer linked to an active profile once your account is deleted.

Cancelling a subscription is separate

Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Cancel that from the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. People conflate the two, and the charge arrives anyway.
