What you need to do

  1. The quickest way needs no email at all: while you are signed in, the app’s settings carry a control that deletes your data. It removes everything listed below, from our side and from the phone, straight away.
  2. If you would rather we did it, or the app is no longer installed, send an email to fly.infinity.official@gmail.com.
  3. Use the exact subject line "Delete My Klar for Muntlig Account" so the request is not missed.
  4. Send it from the same Google account you signed in with, so we can confirm the request is really yours.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed within 30 days of your request:

  • The account itself — created the first time you signed in with Google, and holding the email address and name Google gave us with it
  • The list of topics you have marked as finished, and the date you last changed it — which is the whole of what we hold about you

What we have to keep

We would rather tell you this up front than let you assume everything disappears.

  • Subscriptions bought through Google Play — A subscription lives in the Google Play account it was bought with, not with us, so deleting your account here neither cancels nor refunds it. Cancel it yourself in the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. We hold no payment record of our own to delete or to keep.
  • Answers and questions you wrote yourself, on your phone — These were never sent to us — the app keeps them on your own device. Deleting your account does not touch them, and neither does the app’s own delete control, which says so before you confirm. Clearing the app’s data in your phone’s settings, or uninstalling it, removes them.

Cancelling a subscription is separate

Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Cancel that from the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. People conflate the two, and the charge arrives anyway.
